Hi Ciru,
Then there will be no way to revise prior medications. How do you suggest to revise them?
Hi Chris,
Hmmh. I hadn’t considered it from that angle, although I recall we agreed on this method.
This caught me off guard because I was trying to expand on a patient’s prior medications. When I clicked on it, it disappeared. Unfortunately, I couldn’t clearly recall which drug had been recorded, but I tried my best to remember and added it back. I am still not sure it was the right drug.
For a different user, this could easily lead to the unintended loss of crucial patient information (though it can be regained by obtaining that information from the patient). I need to give this more thought since the ability to revise prior medications is also important. For now, I agree to leave it as it is.

Oh, OK, so the use case that's not currently covered (what you expected) was to show the detail of the listed drug. Instead of removing it straight away, we could put up a two-item menu with Remove and Details items (and Cancel).

Actually no. I am not sure why I was looking for more detail, and we really should not be expecting more detail from this selection, since it is already clear that the listing is for drug name only, not name and strength. I just selected it probably out of a habit of always looking for more details. We can keep this open and see what response I get from users.
