L4D Ready doesn't require specs to ready up. #33

Need to modify L4D Ready mod so it doesn't require spectators to type !ready, 
just the survivors and infected. Spectators should not be shown up either on 
the ready up list.

I saw an already modified version of readyup being used in this cast:

We're aware of other versions, we're currently in the process of rewriting 
entire L4D Ready to be more compact and easier to use.
