Add finale spawn distance to rotoblin.cfg #47

As Prodigy pointed out to us over the mailing list, we don't need to set ghost 
spawn state as z_finale_spawn_safety_range works as well.

Therefore we should just add z_finale_spawn_safety_range 250 (or is 200 
normal?) to the rotoblin.cfg and deprecate the finale spawn module.

z_safe_spawn_range is 250 by default, so we should set 
z_finale_spawn_safety_range to the same in the config.

I've tested and confirmed this. The finale spawn module can be depreciated.
