1v1/2v2/3v3 into Rotoblin #49

Major requests to include 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 mod into Rotoblin so that all
servers have the same values and not different configs floating around.

An approach that could be taken is a single module which handles the different
versions (provides 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 functionality depending on which CFG is
loaded).

CFG should be called rotoblin_XvX.cfg and so on.
A loader functionality should be provided such as !load XvX in chat with
agreement of both teams. (Perhaps another command !forceload XvX which works on
admin flags and forces a loading of a particular CFG).

CFG Names must not be edited else it wouldn't work ofcourse (unless we add
additional cvars such as rotoblin_1v1_cfgname "definecfgnamefor1v1)

The !load command should search by file name and not by cvar defines.

E.g. !load 1v1 will make the plugin search for a file called rotoblin_1v1.cfg
in the cfg folder. If no rotoblin_1v1.cfg file was found it will then search
for 1v1.cfg. Ergo it searches for a rotoblin_ prefixed config file first.

That way people can make up whatever configs they want and still be able to
load them as they wish.
