Assign Legends to Characters #20

After having decided on all the characters (antagonists too), we now choose which character gets what legend. Meeting is most likely required for this.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. The characters who will have legends aside should be specified.
  2. The legend assigned to each character should be specified.
  3. The rules of the contract between the legend and human should be clearly defined and correspond to the legend's 'character'
  4. The abilities, including strengths, weaknesses, and special traits should resemble the legend to some degree.

Task Breakdown:

  1. Decide on all the characters (including antagonists) who should possess powers.
  2. Brainstorm on Skype what legends we would like to include.
  3. Research on those legends.
  4. Meeting to decide which character gets who, what and why. Also decide on how the power manifests and contract terms etc for each god.

I am listing and researching on legends mentioned so far so we can decide later who we want to use. If you have any legends in mind, please mention them on Skype so I can list them down.

It seems Jerry has knowledge of Eastern philosophy and religion. It's worth a consultation.

For Sprint 3, just assign legends to some of the characters that Wan needs to draw for the prologue so she can finalize designs.

I think we are more or less finished with this, we just need to pick out some details on the powers, but if Wan has all the information she needs to draw the characters, I think this issue should be closed. We should put our focus more on the story outline instead. Details of powers can be sorted out later.
