Construct an Options Screen

Establish the options screen for the game, including all functional widgets

Priority: Major

Acceptance Criteria:

• Options screen should match overall theme of the game
• Allow an option to change display from 'Window' to 'FullScreen'
• Allow and option to adjust Text Speed
• Allow users to enable skip messages between 'Seen' and 'All'
• Allow users to adjust Music and Sound Volume
• Allow users to give the option to stop or continue skip after choice
• Allow user to adjust Auto-Forward Time and Text Speed
• Allow users to change transitions between 'All' to 'None' (Note: All the above features can be automatically implemented with Ren'Py)

Aside from the default template functions provided by Ren'Py, should other features be added to Options?
