Give the option for players to name the Fake MC at the beginning of the game, mostly for the purposes so they can create a 'Player Avatar' for us to kill off.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Provide a prompt at the beginning of the game to allow players to construct a first and last name for the player to input, and use as the Fake MC's name for the prologue.
• Provide a textbox in the beginning to allow users to type in a name.
• Provide a 'default' generic name for the Fake MC for players too lazy to think of a name up, which should appear in the name textbox be default.
