Establish the code structure of the game

Acceptance Criteria:

Establish how the scripts will be divided up and organized, such as divided between scenes, functionality etc...

I don't think this should even be an issue, because there is no finish line or clear end goal. We'll have to change and adapt the structure of the code as we go along, and so discussing it would be a given. Maybe later on (not now because we have too many issues already) we should create an issue to clean up our code or refactor it, but for now it is not that important.
