Connect Movie API, Populate Genre Drop-Down #12

Please note the coding is added to....

get list of genres
dynamically populate movie genre drop-down
get movies fetch added, available if needed
get movie by genre ID fetch added, available if needed
added global variables for various parts of the fetch URL with comments for additional detail

NOTE: there are extra items not being used at the moment, when we are finalizing code those items can be removed if not used to avoid confusion.
