UnifiedToolbar doesn't have remove methods, only add methods #108

This is an API issue.
Sometimes you want the actions on the toolbar to change depending on a 
selection made in e.g. the sourcelist.
Currently there are only methods to addComponentToRight/Center/Left.

SourceList selection shouldn't drive what's available in the UnifiedToolBar. 
The UnifiedToolBar should have 
application wide options.

I'll leave this open for now though, as a case could be made for a remove 
method.
