SourceList doesn't automatically expand invisible, collapsed root #18

If you create a SourceList with an empty SourceListModel and *then* add items 
to the model, the 
items do not show in the SourceList. This happens because Swing doesn't 
automatically expand the 
root node which is collapsed by default when empty.
