SourceListControlBar doesn't honor dark color scheme. #75

If you use the dark color scheme, then the controlbar should also take on
an appropriate dark color scheme itself. Right now, it continues to use the
"light" color scheme.

Good point. I'd like to introduce a glossy dark color scheme for this control.
