[BUG] Friend's RL client crashed then the plugin stopped working #47

This is how he shows up on the site now,

We tried multiple solutions, Logging out/back in Resetting in the plugin settings Uninstall/reinstalling plugin Uninstalling both Runelite and the plugin then reinstalling them

Any idea what went wrong or advice on what to try next?
