Use tenv instead of tfenv #1

Hi. Great repo! I see that you use tfenv here:

I suggest you to switch to tenv: https://github.com/tofuutils/tenv:

it is a successor of tofuenv and tfenv
can manage versions of OpenTofu / Terraform / Terragrunt and Atmos
does not require any dependencies like jq / bash / etc

Hey @kvendingoldo, apologies for only seeing this now. I had a look at it, and it looks pretty cool. Will be giving it a shot, thanks for the suggestion :)
