Fixed macOS build with CMake -> Makefile/clang #3

There is one more compilation problem with clang, so please also merge this PR https://github.com/christofmuc/Q/pull/1 and then also update revision of Q in a new commit.

With all of this I am able to build both client and server (instructions are in README.md).
