Synth setup changes are not reflected in the Macro page's forward function #301

I like to use KK as an intelligent masterkeyboard forwarding hub. For that, I use the Macro page's forward function. But the drop down to select a fixed synth to forward doesn't refesh when the setup is changed, requiring a restart. Bug.
