Hey,
I covered only a few read-only operations we need for an internal tool / dashboard at work - so no creating tickets yet. I'll be adding features when we need them though, so thanks for the tip-off, I'll read your wrapper when I come to the solutions / forums / managing side!

BTW: I wrote a php wrapper which does more on the solutions / forums / managing user side. It's got some features which aren't documented in freshdesk api that I had to ask support to figure out in case you get stuck on figuring out a rest call or two. https://github.com/blak3r/freshdesk-solutions
