Added the functionality for a newsletter being send from the back-end with the sign-up form on the main page. The data is handled with mysql.

@quannten24 There is one little thing... The interface is in an iframe which resizes when the textarea is resized. This is achieved through an onclick event on the textarea which is not really elegant but is the easiest hack I could find.

i think this is an inconvinience that we can tolerate, expacially since no one except probably us will see it
