Anchors charts have coverage cut off #214

Hi @christophM!

Thanks for the book, it really helps a lot. I am studying Anchors section and found out that the charts have coverage value cut off the pictures. It would be great to see them.

I think the original author is @TobiasGoerke.

Hi, the set figure width cuts off the coverage in the anchors charts. I've added a pull request to increase the width accordingly.
