Figure 5.9 (ICE) y labels #239

Just a suggestion, I think it would be clearer if y labels in Figure 5.9 followed the pattern in Figure 5.8.

For example: Prediction centered at x = -5.2208712 --> Difference to prediction at x = -5.2208712
