Link Shortening function #1

As a user i want to create a short url off of my long url, so that it's easier to read, write and share that url.

Acceptance criteria

Shows Input Field to put in long URL with a button next to it
Clicking the Button, creates a new entry in a list-container and resets Form
Success messages is shown
last url created gets displayed below. Others are stored on dashboard-page

Tasks

create form with submit button
define aria-label
map through an array and show last item below form - item shows same CRUD-options as dashboard page ( blocked by ticket) - Auf Absprache mit Ernst, darf dieser Task ausgelassen und trotzdem reviewed werden.
