As a user, i want to navigate through all pages of the application, so that i can access every feature.

Acceptance Criteria

Navigation Menu with two icons at the bottom of the screen
Left Icon goes to the home-directory, the right goes to the dashboard
Use of adequate icons symbolizing the page
visual indicator which directory is currently active

Tasks

setup a router
setup correct directory and file-structure
create markup for navigation menu and display it properly
