setup Localstorage

As a user, i want to save URLs i shortened, so that i have access to it, even after reopening the App.

Acceptance Criteria

• Created short-urls are saved in localstorage of the users browser

Tasks

• use the localstoragestate-hook to store the array-items in the local storage
