Hi, I added a few more functionality as described below. please feel free to cherry pick :)

• Moved secretary to a package structure (I guess It's just more cleaner)
• Added extra markdown syntax (since standard markdown allows embeded HTML code, secretary at least should be able to convert HTML code to odt format):
  • Code Hilight
  • Tables
  • Footnotes
• Added command line interpreter

BTW Since my other project (pybook) depends heavily on these changes, and I simply don't like to fork a new secretary (with different name) I hope we can work somehow to adapt the code to be acceptable by you:)

I'm planning plugins support for future versions of Secretary. Your contributions will be amazing for a markdown filter plugin. For now, I prefer secretary does only one thing, and this is rendering ODT documents.

Your improvements center around the markdown filter, which I'm planning to separate from the core library. So merging this PR now wouldn't be wise. Although, I will keep an eye on this contribution when plugins are ready for prime time.

I'll be closing this issue for the reasons mentioned above, and hoping revisiting this in the future.
