-l, --gene_list path/to/list_of_genes_for_consensi (Consensus sequences are generated for genes in this file. Example provided) Didn't find the provided example for this file.

I will upload an example file shortly. It's really just a single gene name per line

Like:

Gene1 Gene2 Gene3 ....
