undesired horizontal space related to float environments #68

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

(Please attach an example .tex file demonstrating the problem or bug.)

Please describe the feature, problem, or bug:

When including a float (for example: a figure) preceded and followed by text,
an undesired horizontal space is displayed between the two parts of text

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Normal spacing is expected, but an horizontal space is displayed

What version of Tufte-LaTeX are you using? With which TeX distribution?

TL 3.5.0, LaTeX bundle shipped with Ubuntu 11.04

Please provide any additional information below.

The correct spacing is achieved by moving the source lines of the float before
or after the sentences.

I believe this has been fixed in the svn version. Could you download the
following three files, place them in the same directory as your .tex file, and
rebuild the PDF? If you still see the spacing problem, please let me know.

* Installed new files in my own texmf tree
* Resolved hardwrap dependency (package manually installed)
* Issue seems solved (at least for the code of the example shown above)
* will let you know if it happens again
