How to delete the list of all packages used at the end of the pdf file generated? #85

Hello,

I got a list of all the packages used at the end of the pdf file generated, as 
shown in page 14 and page 19 of the attachment. Could anyone help me to delete 
it, please? It'll be a huge help for me.

Hello.

That is quite a strange problem.  I also noticed that the running head at the 
top of the pages is repeated twice.

Can you attach the .tex file that was used to generate this PDF? (If you 
prefer, you can email it to me privately at godbyk@gmail.com.)

I'll take a look at the .tex file and see if I can figure out what's happening.

The problem was caused by calling \documentclass{tufte-handout} in multiple 
included files.
