In State Element Children States Do Not Reflect Status Due To Parent #18

Description

States only listen to their own check box to know if the text should be white (enabled) or grey (disabled). Children are not currently also listening to their parent to know if they are disabled.

Desired Behavior

Since the parent is disabled, children should view as disabled too.
