Fix rx_fixture definition documentation #16

The current documentation shows the elements of rx_fixture_config twice, inside rx_fixture as well.

Not the appropriate place to start this discuss, but I think rx_fixture and rx_fixture_config may be merged into a single one?

Note: I don't know how to preview the generated documentation, apologies if it's not working correctly.
