Yes, i tested it. detach("package:networkD3") remove.packages("networkD3") library(devtools) install_github("teshomem/networkD3") library(networkD3) hc <- hclust(dist(USArrests), "ave") dendroNetwork(hc, height = 600, linkType = 'elbow', linkColour = 'red') dendroNetwork
