Day/Month for many Countries #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. New event

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
In many countrys like Brazil, date is in form day/month e not month/day,
and typing it in new event result in problem...
