Ignores `org-default-priority' #24

I have #+PRIORITIES: A D C at the top level of my tasks file. This has the effect of setting org-default-priority to C, the equivalent of Medium in Toodledo. I have Toodledo configured to priority Medium by default.

When I create a new task without in org-mode without a priority and sync, the priority becomes High in Toodledo and C in my org-mode buffer.
