SMETS2 meters conversion from M3 to KWh for Gas #6

Hi Mate

This is a brilliant plugin, especially with the current prices! One problem for me was I have a SMETS2 smart meter which get their consumption data in cubic meters for Gas rather than KWh so it messes up the price calculation.

I've tweaked mine so it does the calculation with the intVal variable at the end, the conversion calculation from M3 to KWh's is meter reading 1.02264 40 / 3.6.

Might be worth adding a config option for people with SMETS2 gas meters so it does this conversion for them.
