acl2 support #39

Hi,

Since original acl died and new version is acl2, I started wondering if node_acl_knex was interested in updating to new version?

I made an initial implementation here: https://github.com/tonila/node_acl_knex

Are you interested to merge a pull request and new version?

Sounds like the way forward to me. We I get some time I’ll take a look.
