Update slurmbatchsystem to handle multiple clusters #34

When multiple clusters exist, the output of "sbatch" changes. The "sacct" needs the -L option to list all clusters. These changes are confirmed to work both with one cluster (Jet) and with multiple clusters (GAEA).
