Add GitHub action workflow #148

While submitting my previous pull requests, I noticed that your travis ci was not run any more. I didn't know if you were going to fix it so I took the liberty to rewrite it using GitHub actions.

It should be almost exactly the same as the previous one. You can see the result on this pull request on my repo : https://github.com/n-peugnet/pasystray/pull/1
