Pop-up active notification showing volume change no longer appears under Mint Mate #167

When scrolling on the panel icon the usual behaviour showing what's changing no longer appears and in fact is sometimes completely unresponsive, but then makes a sudden change of the volume... The normal volume control works as expected and is reliable.

i just started to see this same issue. volume unresponsive when scrolling over icon in panel. i updated to latest master branch and issue unchanged.

EDIT: seems an update to latest pipewire packages might have fixed this
