it's maybe not a general issue but I have stability issues with my Kirigami bed made from 2mm AW5754 (aluminum).
When mounted I can easily push down the front of the bed just by applying little force on the front edge.
This also happens when I adjust the front screw making first layer a hit and miss.
Based on your experience, what might cause this?
Incorrect mounting (screws too loose), incorrect material, rails too sloppy?
I had to use some rather cheapish M2x4mm screws with tiny heads and I have ordered some better ones now. Still I would like to rule out other possibilities.
This is still an issue after changing to new rails with a higher preload and new screws that are fully tightened now. I can see it moving when I touch it slightly with one finger. Might be a material issue?
