[x] Creation wizard
[x] Free text textfield in wizard to add some general comment for the collective report = multi protocol
[x] Database stuff (remember which treatments have been already included in a protocol)
[x] somewhere print out the number of "un-protocolized" treatments (needed for school!)
- kind-a "milestone" reach goal, with percentage how much already done for given goal (configurable number)

the general input UI and database/logistics is done. now the actual PDF generation is outstanding for the next release.
