New input fields for client tab main:

hobbies
origin (region wo aufgewachsen)
// NO: raucher und geschwister werden ueber freitext behandelt (gibt anmerkung nun im anamnesebogen)

New text area for client tab tcm:

tcm notes

New tab called "texts" containing (see anamnesebogen):

allgemeiner eindruck / impression
medizinisches / medical
beschwerden / complaints
lebensprofil / personal
ziele / objective
// the general note field will stay in tab main as it is (or maybe rethink this approach...)
