Treatment goal progress bar #35

Display a red-to-greenish bar which indicates how many treatments have been done so far in relation to a certain, configurable goal. E.g. in the first year as a student one has to do 20 treatments, so configure that number in the preferences, and show an indication of how many have been done so far.

FUTURE TODO: as soon as the protocol generation works properly (marked as yet printed), the current number for the goal achievement has to be adapted accordingly!
