• [x] @TCM property list: das verhalten soll defaultmaessig so sein, als wuerde man die ganze zeit ctrl gedrueck halten
• [x] nicer renderer for clients (not mail, but some treatment stats; anzahl der behandlungen; datum der naechst anstehenden behandlung (anhand der termine!); geburtstags icon: wenn geburtstag bevorsteht)

New Fields:

• [x] mehr auswahlmoeglichkeiten fuer pulsdiagnose
• [x] nickname (zwischen first- und lastname)

ad CTRL+UP/DOWN client navigation: the UI still catches the same event and processes it, leading in UI-form jumps. this should actually be blocked...
