[ ] update view components (time, datetime); rename quarter to half method
[ ] write db change script to update all from timestamps from 15 to 00, and 45 to 60
[ ] check when importing from gcal, that minute is {0, 30}, otherwise... display warning, or..?

nope, we want to keep the 15min steps.
