Add exercises trading days #18

There are a few questions to verify the understanding of the chapter, and one is a simple, practical one (compare the results).

These seem to me reasonable, valid questions, but I might be wrong. The last one requires a CS is added on this chapter using the trade_tur from cbar.sa. I'll draft something now.
