Can we visualize a sum of sins and cosines, that represents a model / series?

Simplify? Perhaps keep in optional boxes?

This section is interesting! However, imho, as it is located now, it breaks the flow a bit. Would you consider moving it to the bottom of the chapter or as part of the appendix?

I think we would like them to have in optional 'boxes', we need to discuss that with the publisher. It should be clear to the reader that they can skip it.
