MT is missing. and apart of that, check, if everything is working right there

CCalculateSolarMesh.RunHourSimulationMT(...) has unused diffIReflSkyRes2nd. Not implemented in calculating diffuse irradiance? It is used in .RunAnnualSimulationMT(...)

I'm pretty sure this has been fixed with the last merge https://github.com/christophwaibel/GH_Solar_V2/pull/10
