Changed duplicate 2-letter codes to appropriate 3-letter codes. #12

Hi there - thanks for the wonderful multilingual resource!

I stumbled upon some duplicate 2-letter language codes and proposed these changes to use ISO 639-2 or 639-3 codes for the languages that don't have official 639-1 codes. Feel free to merge in these changes if you think they're helpful.
