"b." missing in the IDs of the K'iche Bible #28

In the K'iche Bible (K'iche'-NT.xml), the ids are not as in the rest of the Bibles like "b.MAT.1.1" but "MAT.1.1". Using the xml:id attribute, it reports errors with books like 1CO because an xml:id cannot start with a number :) This does not happen with the K'iche'-NT-SIL.xml Bible.

"b." is still missing in many books, actually, the ones whose id starts with a number (1CO, 2CO, 1TH...).
