Doesn't work well with on-the-fly LAF changing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. without closing the program, change the LAF

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
LAF is properly changed,
LAF is not properly changed (exp. Window decorations)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
JRE version?

Please provide any additional information below.
Screenshots below show changing from SeaGlass to Nimbus on-the-fly, and then 
restarting the program in Nimbus
