JPopupMenu is not transparent at the corners #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a program that has popup menus
2. Click on a popup menu invoker

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see rounded corners.

Instead, I see a white background at each corner. This won't be visible if the 
background behind the 
popup is white, of course. The background may actually be our control color, 
not white. I didn't 
check.
